By accessing and using the MailCheck.ai services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Services.
MailCheck.ai provides an API that can be integrated into your registration process to prevent users from signing up with temporary or disposable email addresses. The Service maintains an always up-to-date database of disposable domains and can be queried to validate email addresses during user registration processes.
The Services are free to use up to 86,400 requests per month, with no registration required. This equates to approximately 120 requests per hour. For usage beyond this limit, we offer a Pro plan at $50 per month, which allows for up to 5,000 requests per hour (approximately 3,600,000 requests per month).
While registration is not required for the free usage tier, it is required for the Pro plan. Upon registration, a private API key will be issued. This API key is personal to you and should not be shared with others. Any usage associated with this API key will be attributed to you.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or insider trading. You agree not to use the Services to support any form of spam or unsolicited communications.
All content available on MailCheck.ai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MailCheck.ai and is protected by international copyright laws.
MailCheck.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will make such changes by posting them here. You should check this page regularly for updates.
MailCheck.ai reserves the right to terminate your usage of the Services if you violate these Terms, or for any reason at our discretion.
MailCheck.ai will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country where MailCheck.ai is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
MailCheck.ai offers a Pro subscription plan for users requiring larger usage volumes. The Pro plan costs $50 per month and provides up to 5,000 requests per hour (approximately 3,600,000 requests per month).
All fees related to the Pro subscription are payable in advance and are non-refundable, including in the case of unused subscription periods, unless otherwise stated in these Terms. Payments are due for the full month or year, depending on the subscription plan you choose, and are to be paid monthly or annually in advance.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page, or by contacting our customer support team. While we will be sorry to see you go, you may cancel auto-renewal on your Subscription at any time, in which case your Subscription will continue until the end of that billing cycle before terminating.
We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time. We may also change plans or adjust the price of our service. However, no price changes or changes to your Subscription plans will apply to billing periods for which you've already paid.
